We have been in the business of helping increase productivity in the above areas for the past 6 years. Productivity gains and man hour reduction by 72 man hours per week after training and procedural implementation were completed.

All of our fees are negotiable at this point, a base plan would encompass the following;

Meeting to determine your needs
Timeline discussion
Contractual agreement for services
Further discussion on what we can help you accomplish once the target goal has been identified

After the initial consultation we will work on a per job commission or an hourly rate for completion of the consultation. After the initial consultation we will do data analysis, which will require us reviewing your processes for improvement, basic understanding of the situation/process and on-site visits and communication to acquire additional information. Upon completion of my analysis we will provide and present our report on the target goal. Our presentation will provide my suggestions for process improvement, implementation methods, cost estimate and analysis to implement the improvements, further cost benefit analysis for other outside issues or concerns we had during my analysis.

We will sign a non-disclosure agreement and any processes or products developed during my consultation will be maintained by the client, we will assume all rights to these processes for further usage. This is up for discussion and can be negotiated as well.

Our per job or hourly rate compensation will be discussed after the initial consultation and negotiations are welcomed. Base hourly rate will depend largely on the undertaking, but will range from $75 - $150 per hour, which is negotiable to a degree. The per job billings will be negotiated after the initial consultation and will be billed accordingly.
